RecommendedI have been living in Tuscany Villa and Estates for close to a year now and I can confidently say is my favorite place so far. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The maniance requests are done very fast. Neighbors are respectful. The Pool and gym are always so clean! I have nothing but good things to say about the apartments!

I recommend Tuscany Villa & Estates because the staff and maintenance people are the best I've encountered at an apartment complex.
It's a great place to live! The property is well maintained. Lots of plants, trees, spots for the furbabies, grill/picnic areas, beautiful pool, workout area... let's just say, great amenities! Super friendly staff, property managers... Got sick recently and couldn't take furbabies for their walk. Jennifer, one of the property managers to the rescue! And, I love the desert as my backyard. Tuscany Villa maintains the grills better than any other apartment complex I have lived in. The staff and maintenance people are courteous, efficient and do a great job. I would recommend Tuscany Villa to anyone.
