I have spoken to Miss Melody over the phone and in person and her personality is amazing. She is very patient and understanding.
Just as some of the other reviews mention, the staff was very courteous. I dropped in to see if they had any available units. I was greeted very politely. Most of the time when you drop into a rental office unexpected you are not greeted well. This was not the case here. She answered my questions very professionally, told me when to check back for availability and told me to have an awesome weekend.
