Zero from me. We were sitting and waiting for somebody serve us for 20 minutes in the New Castle Pa outlet. Nobody even offered us water in that time. Finally we decided to just leave and guess what nobody even cared. They were completely okay with we walking out. Ridiculous!
Jan. 17,2015 my 1st time eating here. Absolutely LOVED it. The food was very good. Loved our waiter although I cant remember his name. Tall guy with reddish hair. He was very witty very pleasant. Will definitely come here again! <3

Sunday eve. Special "Penne" Alla vodka. Served Vodka Sauce over spaghetti. My order totally wrong. Pasta Primavera white angel hair..........served stewed zuchini over spagetti. If you put on your menu choice of pasta and you run out of customer choice and advertised special then let your customers know before served meal. Very very disappointed. Waitress was polite pleasant and apologetic but very clear new ( she gets the 2stars). Throwned together leftovers I felt I was served. Won't be back.
