The sales rep, if you want to call him that, didn't even greet me. Greeted my wife only. Instead of welcoming us and helping first time buyers, he just repeatedly kept saying "well did you go online on our website?" A sales person is supposed to sell themselves, the company, and the product. Not tell the customers to go online and not give suggestions. The whole experience was uncomfortable and unhelpful.
