Very nice, new and spacious apartments The ICON apartments are very nice and spacious from inside. The outside area is always maintained very clean. Also, staff is very friendly and when you request service they always come fast. I highly recommend living at the ICON apartments and lofts.
Home Sweet Home?? I have searched for months for the perfect apartment that would give me all the amenities and perfect location I was looking for, in order to find the best fit for me. Mom with kiddos I highly recommend these apartments. This is a great community and all the staff is so friendly. If you have kids you are super close to the library and a park. My kids have friends in the complex and enjoys having room to run around outside. Almost every month we have lived here the icon has provided some sort of activity or event for the community. It has been great fun.
Great Place to Live The Icon was there for my wife and I from the beginning. We took a tour of the place and fell in love with it and put in our application and deposit the same day. Ever since we moved in, we've enjoyed everything from the barbecues to the pool and all the activities that the front office puts together.
A great place for kids! This is a great place to have a family. Proximity to the library, the fire station, a number of schools and churches, and a cheap gas station make this walkable and convenient. The office staff are very friendly and they make sure the complex is in good shape. The pool is great, the grills work well, and the exercise room is never crowded. We love it here!
Happy Resident My significant other and I have live at the Icon in Hewitt for 7 months now, and it is the best apartment community we have lived in yet. The front office staff are super friendly and down to earth, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. The amenities such as the pool, gym, and dog park make this place feel like home not just for us but for our pet also! We recommend this community to everyone looking for a quiet, professional place to live with a great location.
Love!! Staff is great, the apartment is great, the amenities are geat. We have never run into a big issue, but if we've had minor issues, they have been addressed and fixed immediately. This place is a fantastic place to live and I'd recommend it to anyone!
Be aware There is no parking and they charge you $20 ea month for a covered parking. But there isn’t enough covered parking for every attendee in here, also since I’ve lived here, there has been a truck that sits and does not move EVER!! It’s been here for more than three years and when I asked the complex about that spot if it’s available since I know that pickup doesn’t move. she told me , “well we don’t have a storage unit but he’s paying for the spot to park there” And not move it?? Beware maintenance After living here for 2 months, my wife and I came home to discover that the maintenance men were plugging in their equipment into our patio electrical outlet. Management wasn't helpful. They said if there was a large disparity in our electricity bill, we could bring it to them and they would find a way to handle it. Long story short, there was a disparity, but it wasn't large enough for them to care. So basically, we paid for the apartment complex to perform maintenance on a unit that wasn't even ours.
