Very unprofessional. They rarely respond to any tenant requests. They do not like to renew leases. In the 4 years that I lived there, they have never given any tenant their deposits back. I moved out over 2 months ago and they have not given me my deposit back. I obtained a lawyer who wrote a demand letter because legally they are supposed to give you your deposit back within 30 days of moving along with a detailed list of what was spent for whatever was needed for the apartment.
