It is unbelievably expensive to live at Sugarberry, with all the noise, dog crap all over the lawn, constant barking from neighbors, dogs, being walked in on by maintenance staff without 24 hour notice, constant Landlord, harassment, and denial of certain residents to be able to sit in the clubhouse, being constantly threatened with eviction or wrongful removal, the break-ins and busting out of windshields in the parking lot, car, theft, recent stabbing, discovery of a fake dental clinic and subsequent police Raid, constant ... read more

It took them a long time to complete my work order and when they did come to complete the work, the work was sloppy. Also, when the tenant above me smoked weed, my place would smell like weed for hours. And the parking was horrible. Now don't get me wrong, I like my apartment.

Overall, I really like living here even though the apartment is older and has not been updated for some time. The office staff are great and have always been helpful even though I was a bit of a pain about a troublesome neighbor making me miserable. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is because of some of the residents themselves. For the most part, everyone is respectful and responsible. But there are those that swim in the pools fully clothed, let their kids run feral across the property (including the pools), leave... read more

SCAMMING FRAUDULENT CHARGES When we moved into Tuscany place in LUBBOCK TEXAS, the carpet was old and muddy with lots of hairs, pins and windows were filled with dirt, yet we did not complain because we want peace, we want a smooth transition. On our first day, we bought a high powered vacuum to clean all the surfaces as every place was but dirt and hairs. Not worthy of 1. Water leaks, balcony beams not secure with nails and screws 1/2 inch out, noisy appliances, horizontal wall cracks. Old wall damage that was never repaired. For 875 per month go elsewhere.

Very rude and eviction happy. My husband and I had a hardship and fell behind on rent. They showed us zero compassion whatsoever. Just told pay the past due plus a month that wasn't even due yet. Even tho we came up with our rent they refused the money and sent us to court. How can you DEMAND rent and then when we try to pay it plus extra u won't accept??? Glad we are getting away from this hell. Our townhouse was rundown anyway. Thank God we were blessed with something way nicer. I'll never recommend this place.

(1) Frequent water outage because of constant water line repairs. At times water may not be safe for anyone in poor health. Almost can always find water leaking thru road ways and grass area. (2) large number of dog owners. No where on grass area that do not have dog urine and stools. Many tenants encourage their dogs to do their business within 10 feet of entrances. Do not walk on the grass barefoot or at night. Walking on the grass at any time will cause you to track dog urine and feces into you apartment. (3) Many car b... read more
