SCAMMING FRAUDULENT CHARGES When we moved into Tuscany place in LUBBOCK TEXAS, the carpet was old and muddy with lots of hairs, pins and windows were filled with dirt, yet we did not complain because we want peace, we want a smooth transition. On our first day, we bought a high powered vacuum to clean all the surfaces as every place was but dirt and hairs.
