I lived here for about a year, and it was my first time living alone in an apartment. My experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The ladies at the front desk were always understanding and easy to work with. Anytime I had a maintenance issue and reported it through the app, the maintenance team responded quickly and they were genuinely great guys. As much as we loved the fact that our daughter lived at Tuscany Place during her Junior year at Tech, things did not end well. The grounds are well-maintained. The area is beautiful and safe. However, the apartment they provided for my daughter had a few things that were disappointing from day one and, in the end, they charged us for it. The carpet from day one was dirty (We shampooed when we moved in and the water was black as we would empty it after every room!) Wonderful, beautiful apartment complex! I’ve lived here for approximately 8 months, and I have loved every part of it! My main concern for any complex is having good leasing staff, assistants, and maintenance staff, and this complex has SURPASSED this and more. They are quick and efficient when getting things fixed or repaired or updated or replaced, and the office agents are kind, and respond in a timely manner, answering questions and alleviating any concerns! I originally gave five stars, after my first year living here. However, last January after leaving I didn't get back a cent of my deposit. They manage to suspiciously charge that same amount for cleaning fees, drip pans replacement, and wall repairs. I think this was all unnecessary for a resident who lived almost three years without raising any issue and paying dues on time.
This apartment is beautiful I live in the townhouse with a garage and it was very big and comfortable for a family of 4 with my mom and dad and sister and the middle school and high school is nice the education is good you should definitely live here and this is coming from a child
