6 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, about $1,400 per semester I lived here during the fall and winter semesters of 2014 & 2015. And I loved it. The management went the extra mile and they were willing to work with you. They were very transparent with their fees and requirements and everything. I came back to Tuscany during spring semester 2016. The people who had owned it before had sold the complex to a company out of Utah called the Nelson Brothers.
