GOOD:No complaints on the staff everyone was just great. Big spacious apartments, comfortable beds, enough towels, they give you pool towels. BAD:It was just when we got to our door step the first thing we saw was the trash can all full from the previous people staying there, and a dirty plate. The trash was moved to the right side by the back entrance and was trashed until the next day the dirty plate was never picked up we left and it was still there. We had a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that was a little worn but comfy. Thursday and Friday were quiet and relaxing by the pool. Happy hour wine was served by the pool. BUT by 9 am Saturday morning, every lounger had been staked out with towels. The vibe has changed with the influx of day-trippers. We had to sign a form saying we realized that TG was a non-smoking property and we could get fined for smoking in the room. Stayed here Feb 2022, Sunday thru Tuesday; if you're thinking of giving it a try, do. Pros and Cons but overall, we'd stay there again yet please know that the place does need some work. Pros: Weekday crowd was mellow and nice which I like, we were told weekend crowds get wild. Full kitchen so you can cook in room, dishes etc., are hit and miss but what we missed we found from other guests :-) Close to downtown PS. The rooms need to be deep cleaned for sure. There were a couple of unidentifiable stains on a number of surfaces in a number of the rooms. The staff is incredibly hard-working, kind and do their best to meet guests needs. I was there for a private event and we are a pretty high needs crowd. The space is amazing and the addition of all the humming birds made it magical for me. The reality check is that it is a commercial property located in a residential area in Palm Springs. Hands down the BEST. Went for my Anniversary and boy did we have a great time. My room came with a full kitchen and Living room.Hung out by the heated salt water pool. Saw a fashion show that featured the hottest swimwear and lingerie. The staff went above and beyond and arranged Chocolate and Whip cream massages. Every one was extremely friendly and respectful. Will definitely recommend to anyone.
