Once they have sold you a home and you are needing to have them fix any issues within your home warranty, they'll avoid you like a plague. They are very unresponsive, timeline is...never, and they are not very helpful
We have worked with Tuscany Homes for over 10 years as their counter top fabricator and they are a great company to do business with. Don't be their canary in the coalmine. If you purchase a house built by these guys, I highly recommend buying the LAST house in the development. We had the second house built on our block and our back yard is basically a bathtub. Poor or non-existent drainage. It is completely unusable. As they built more homes on the block they took our complaints into consideration and mitigated these issues for the newer houses. Purchased a beautiful home from Tuscany, very well made! Kudos to DONNY CALDWELL for excellent customer service! He was very pleasant to work with during the construction and very helpful after the closing. When we text him he responds quickly and addresses any issues in a very timely manner and always with a smile. Keep up the good work Donny; it is appreciated.
