New parking passes same parking problems
Just because you pay more doesn't mean your living in a safe and comfortable environment.
Managers and maintenance team are nice and always helpful. Always ready to answer questions and concerns from residents. The property is always maintained well, picked up and clean. Don't really have any complaints while living here the last 4 years. We've noticed there's more long term residents because it's such a nice community that's been built and maintained here.
I've lived here for over 5 years rent has basically doubled in that time. The parking here is atrocious if you have more than one car and even worse if you work nights you get in to have no parking spots. despite having a parking pass which either means ppl without passes are in here or you guys give more passes than spaces which wouldnt be very logical. Unfortunately this apartment are trash. I was here for a year, always had an issue with the garage. Also the guy next to us has been there for more than 2 years and they only fix temporary but with in a few weeks or days same issue. They have so many rules. Please before you rent there look some where else. And be careful before you do a deposit because they will not give back. I left the apartment clean, in a fact I even clean the walls.
