Tuscany Hills Apts, the best community to live in MoVal..Lorena, Christy and the maintenance staff are awesome. I lived in the Tuscany Hills for 3 months now very quite and it's my place I call home..Never lived in any other apts in Moval except TUSCANY HILLS.
The front office has an issue with telling you parking places without a pass is okay and then your car gets towed and they fail to take accountability for their words. They lied to me and failed to correct the mistake. And this is after consistently asking for over 14 months of living here of it never being an issue and now they don't want to correct their mistake and it's going to cost $306 to get my car back because of their lack of effort, communication, and management skills to correct issues they created. I love Tuscany Hills! Christy and Loreena are some of the most pleasant people I have ever met. I have been living here for almost 3 months now and it's been nothing short of amazing. It's clean, quiet, safe, and beautiful. They even have community events which I appreciate so much! I'm looking forward to more events!
Gavel down the verdict is in: The best place in Moreno Valley to live! Laureena and Christy on top of things on their A game managing this community. No drama no chaos comfortable living here. Grounds are clean. Maintenance Jesus is super friendly and knowledgeable. I've lived here 10+years and it's been refreshing. I highly recommend anyone to live here you will love it. Especially being close to stores for shopping, and frwy so close, and easily accessible. Tuscany Hills Apartments is it!
I had such a wonderful experience working with Christy. She made the application and move-in process super easy. I was moving into my apartment from out of state and her communication skills are top notch. She quickly answered my emails and sent me pictures and video of my unit. The gated community is so beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much, Christy !! I love my new home!
