I enjoyed my 2 years here so much! The staff was amazing any time I ever needed any help with anything, the amenities are great for my needs and well kept, the grounds are beautifully cared for, and maintenance was always amazing & so prompt on any issues I ever had. I only moved out due to job relocation, otherwise I would have continued staying here.
Great Atmosphere. Great office staff. Missy was Amazing in my transferring Apartments.. She never forget that I wanted to transfer and not move out.. Much Appreciated and I'm glad that I'm staying with my Tuscany Family because of you all in the office and the GREAT Maintenance Staff
Chanel was very helpful, with the move out process, she made the process super easy. She is very professional!!!!
To rent an apartment here is like to get a citizenship . The lady Melisa is very rude and unprofessional.she is always busy in phone by (earphones)they take 15 day to background check and after that they said we need I-94 for further verification and I am green card holder since 4 years and had a business too. So I don’t want waste my time for this place. Beware maybe for next verification they need your forefathers DNA too
