3.5/5 I lived here for a year and overall had an ok experience. The apartment itself was very spacious, newly renovated, and located in a quiet and safe community, which I really appreciated. Maintenance staff were friendly and usually came when called, though I did have to submit 10+ requests during my stay. This was the most I’ve ever had to do at an apartment and was surprising being it was considered a renovated unit. I give this a solid 5 stars. Moved in not to long ago to get a fresh a start and having this kind ma’am named Melissa Flores worked with me and guide me along the way the place is gorgeous and I wish I could rate this place 10 stars
I officially moved in 3 months ago, and I’m totally satisfied with my apartment and all the amenities. Chanel and Missy were both Professional , Friendly and Awesome to work with.The ladies answered all my questions and made sure it was a smooth move-in while I was also ending a lease from another property. I was Super Happy to receive my Peak Insulated Bag with some important essentials. I Love my new place and I have nice neighbors.
We have been living here for 2 years now, and this is the best place I have lived. Great living conditions, excellent and timely service. They are very considerate to the renters. Ask for MISSY when you are there, and you will be all set!!
Chanel was so helpful at the office, I appreciate her patience and understanding. We need more people like her in this world. Thank you for all of your help!!
