I live in the apartment at 1617 Bluffdale Rd, Windsor Mill, MD 21244. There was a water leak over a month ago; the inspection and initial repairs were completed, but the carpet still hasn't been replaced. I have called repeatedly and even visited the office in person to complain, yet nothing has been done. Your service is terrible! My apartment is now a mess and smells musty and damp due to the mold caused by the leak.
I had a great experience with the leasing office today. The staff was very helpful providing me with a complimentary visitors pass after my previous pass was stolen/misplaced. Their kindness and understanding means a lot to me. Thank you for the excellent customer service- I truly appreciate it !
Update **** I’m saddened to change my review … we left our carpet IN GREAT CONDITION … not only did they hit us with a carpet charge but they also kept my security deposit claiming they had to change the carpet…. I always see them change the carpet when someone moves out?! Anyways I’m so upset because everything was great up until that moment Original *** We’ve been here for 2 years and we loved our experience here ! The maintenance was quick and efficient. Quiet and peaceful . Family friendly .
I had an absolutely amazing experience moving in with Tuscany Gardens. The property is beautiful and you can tell management takes the time to go above and beyond for their residents. Chanel was such a big help with my entire move in process. Missy guided me through the process when it was time to move in and she was very helpful as well. I really love my unit and appreciate the TLC management gives to the property & residents.
