Maintenance arrived to complete a service request that was initiated just yesterday. The srrvice was completed satisfactorily!! Good Job Guys!!
I will miss Tuscany Gardens. We moved to a sister property because we needed 3 bedrooms. The leasing office staff, Melissa and Chanel (I believe is her name) were always responsive and helpful. Maintenance was the same, prompt and always completed tasks in a timely fashion. The neighborhood and neighbors were quiet and friendly. They always maintained the property as well. Gym and pool were a nice touch. Did I mention I would miss this place?
Maintenance is on point, no rodents at all in my building. Neighbors are super friendly. Referred to my brother.
Lived here for 3 years. Maintenance was always immediate, walls are thick, and community is well kept. Chanel made the move out process extremely smooth, would rent again!
