I love Tuscany Gardens apartments so much!! Great place to live & Chanel Britton was so nice & great customer service, very patient & helpful.
I applied online for an application and did not finish the full process. The application was never completed but my card was charged for $50. When I went to try and finish my application my account was blocked. I was unable to log in and even when I called and requested help I was still not able to get in. After emailing I explained I would not continue to try and get an apartment at this location due to the unnecessary hassle and as the application was never completed, reviewed or even processed that it was only fair to get... read more
I lived in Tuscany gardens for 5 years never had any complaints or issues, area was clean friendly neighborhood. Missy in the rental office was always excellent. I never had any problems with roaches either.
I’ve been a resident here for 3 years and moved out to live with my partner. From the beginning, Shaina, Chanel, Donte and Tennel were phenomenal. Very patient with me every time I called or went to the office with an issue. My move in/move out processes were seamless and I couldn’t have asked for a better management team. Friendly neighbours, safe neighbourhood. Very sad to leave but I would always recommend this place.
I’ve been living at this complex for over 10 years and want to express my sincere satisfaction and offer a 5 -star review for my overall experience as a resident at Tuscany Gardens. Excellence maintenance team! In my experience, maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly. In my previous apartment, the A/C unit kept going out and needed repair every so often.
