Such a travesty that this property has been run so poorly the last 5-10 years. With the assault on the property and pending litigation, coupled with the poor budgeting and loan needed to repair past due roofs, this property is in serious trouble. Hopefully residents move to replace the board + management and build up their reserve fund again, once the lawsuit is completed. Would not recommend for the long term risk.
