Have been a resident here for 2 years and honestly I don't know how I stayed here this long the maintenance sucks never fixes anything and new management Genesis does not do anything about it. The parking here sucks. Genesis picks and chooses her favorites to live here. Maintenance is living in a 3 bedroom when a family that needs it can be in it. I would not recommend anyone to live at this place especially if you have a kids there is mold that constantly grows on the windows and tubs.
