Ive lived in these appointments since 2014. I've never had a problem with the people living here. One time vandalization on husbands car. One time vandalization my car. I have a 3 kids. They can be outside at night and I don't feel fear for them. I've left my door unlocked plenty of nights and no one has entered illegally. I have left the doors open for breeze and gone to check mail and come back. No one bothers us physically. I haven't had access to my mailbox in over a couple months which is sad because I only got to use it for 2 months at most
I was a resident here years ago and they don’t even deserve a one star. I was kicked out in (2020) around COVID time. I was not able to work because of COVID and around that time the state made it to no apartment complex can kick people out due to no rent. They told me I had to leave over the weekend if I didn’t want my balance to be reported to collections so I did and few months later I had a 2k balance on my credit! By law I should’ve been given a month to move out if they were still going to report it to collections! I H... read more
