This place is a shame to the entire Winter Park community and it has been for years. Where do I start? The drugs? The addicts that overdose continuously? Or the unprofessionalism and incompetence of Christine and Monique who run that compound? This place is DISGUSTING.... 2nd floor floors are breaking apart, and the pool is dirty and beyond disgusting. Not even open, let alone clean. The office has not been open the last week I have been visiting. The laundry is closed and has been for months. Trash can is unaccessible per ADA guidelines. I have two friends who are seniors that live at this apartment. Don't live here. They never finish maintenance requests that have been pending for over 2 years to months. These residents are afraid of retaliation and won't go to the HUD authorities or seek a lawyer. They cannot afford to move out if they up the rent because they complain.
