This was the first time my fiancé Tony and I ate here and I was incredibly amazed with the Customer Service and overall quality of the food and portions being served for what you pay for. Our waitress Veronica was stellar and provided incredible Customer Service above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Tuscan and family for such a great dinner and service and outstanding business!!!!
Definitely do not go in a large group! We waited 20-30 min at first to get drinks. Then it progressed from there. While the wait staff was pleasant, there was no urgency to make sure we had what we needed. The food was good but I had the most awful evening with stomach pains and the trots, going back and forth from the bathroom when we got home later.
good food selection and my dish was very enjoyable. All was great, just wished the server could have cashed us out a bit faster. will def go again
Great experience! Connor did a fantastic job making sure we were well taken care of. I had the clam linguini with a pound of clams in a perfect broth, it was a little more than I could eat though. Erik had the seafood cannelloni, you could taste the crab and it was covered in cheese, both were perfect. Very reasonable prices, comfortable setting and great service, Connor returned to our table with a freebie for our next visit! We've been coming here for years but I've never left a review. We have always had great service and the food is excellent. Today we received EXCEPTIONAL service from the staff (including manager/owner) after my favorite dish (Chicken Marsala) didn't taste quite right. It was remedied exponentially, with smiles and apologies. One of Monroe's precious gems! Thank you!!!
