Lucas and the team were absolutely incredible to work with! We lived here for three years, and throughout that entire time they were professional, friendly, and extremely responsive. I have lived her for almost three months and have loved it. I am not allowed to swim but the pool looks cool and the Gym is great. Did get towed for not having a parking pass which they didn't tell us we needed.
Do not rent from here. Especially if it’s from Land Merchants Real Estate Services, LLC with Bryanna and Anthony Schiavone! They charge you for every little thing. Even things that are not your fault. They also do not care about the safety of their tenants.
