RecommendedThis is by far the best experience I have had with apartments and management. The apartments are well maintained and clean. Meghan is the best manager you can ask for! She was on top of everything and when something broke in my apartment, she had it fixed right away. I had a situation come up with work and family and she helped me work around it, in my best interest. 10 stars if that was possible!
We lived at Tuscana apartment for a year and we loved it! We bought a house that’s why we moved. Megan is just amazing! Help was always available.

this was my first apartment and i couldn’t have had a better experience! quality of apartments was super high. everyone i spoke with was always extremely pleasant and wanted to know how they could help make my life easier. on top of that any problem i had was fixed immediately and the staff was always super understanding in all types of situations. would recommend living here.
I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone in the area. I only lived here a year, but it was the easiest process of getting the apt and then when it was time for me to leave, Megan was so very helpful in making my transition smooth! Great place!!!
Charged me after taking my security deposit. Overpriced for a bum town like Enid. Hard to get in touch with the leasing office.
