As a customer who usually tries to be understanding today was my last straw. My appointment today and the previous 3 scheduled times Mimi has been 20-30 minutes LATE everytime. If you are okay with your personal schedule being pushed back by all means book with her. She never accommodates or offer a discount for her lateness, and is always on her phone even though once again SHE IS LATE ! The front desk just always seems confused and never aware. The service here is outstanding. I see Dana for both dip powered and pedicures. Dana is professional, friendly, neat and thorough. The rest of the staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Easy to make an appointment and park. The atmosphere is clean and nicely decorated. My only tiny issue is has nothing to do with service or atmosphere but some of the products. Specifically, many of the dip powders and polishes sets don't match. It can become overwhelming and time consuming to manually match polish and dips powder. Manuall... read more
