I rented the cottage and absolutely loved it! The owners are very friendly, warm and always responded promptly to my questions. The location is close to all the shops, market place, extremely safe. Place was very clean and came in fully furnished with all the appliances and furniture. It truly felt like a home away from home! Highly recommended!!
I love returning yearly to the cottage to take a break from my heavy schedule to spend time in an immaculate & private environment. A big thanks to the lovely owners! Looking forward to this year's stay.
I’ve spent multiple nights at this rental, and am continually surprised by the cleanliness and beauty of this little house. You can tell that the owner takes great pride in her rental since it is always immaculate and any minor concerns are addressed immediately. It is absolutely quaint and nicely decorated inside and outside. The bed is so comfortable! We rented both the Tuscan Villa Cottage and Tuscan Villa Studio, in Fayetteville, NC, for approximately 3 years. Both rental properties provided everything that was needed, the space and accommodations were fantastic, and spotlessly clean! Without a doubt, this is the best place we have ever rented! The owners went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed. The location was convenient to shopping and dining, very safe, and secure. If you need a place to rent in Fayetteville, this is it!
