The restaurant looked nice but the staff really lacked training! It seemed that nobody knew how to do anything and then the POS system went down and that made it completely impossible to solve a problem. No sign of a manager or supervisor either😕
Food was good. Received terrible service from waitress. Took almost 15 min to get drinks. 30 minutes to receive food And when we received our food she did not come back to the table for 20 minutes and 15 of that was after the restaurant had closed.
My husband and I have been to T.S. Several times and really like the food. But, they need some serious waitstaff training. Having been in the restaurant business we expected good service from our employees and now, from our wait person. I had a fork with a bent tine and asked for a new fork, for my appetizer. I got it with my dinner. Husband asked for another glass of wine and I, for more tea. Took awhile and she passed by the table and suddenly headed for the bar. I went for first time to this restaurant on May 24 and I think never come back they never treated me 3 families come after us and And the servers served them first because I do not know maybe because I'm Hispanic
Took the girlfriend out for her birthday, got there at 6:30 and waited 30 min to get seated . No biggie but when we were seated there were five empty clean tables. Still no biggies order drinks and appetizers. Waited 25 min for appetizers that were cold no biggie bread was hot and good. I ordered spaghetti with meat balls, spaghetti came out hot but the meatballs were burnt on the bottom and were covered in sauce so you couldn't see it right away.. Shame on you Tuscan Slice. We are loyal customers who come every week and you treated us like crap tonight. Ps. The dark haired guy who works in the center with the oven was the only person who showed any concern and tried to help. Thank you.
