We live behind them and for years we constantly have to look at there trash. There are couches that have been sitting by the dumpster for 3 months now. We finally called the city to file a complaint once again, never ends it's disgusting 😡

Decent place to live but the maintenance staff is extremely negligent. Have made multiple calls for very basic things and have not heard a single word back ever, ended up fixing the issues myself. On top of that they advertise having laundry rooms but I checked in every single building and every laundry room is completely empty, no machines. Very dirty place. People do not keep the place clean, and management does not do anything to have this place clean. I pay $200 monthly fee and I do not see any improvement. I moved in 2014 and the same dirty windows, dirty carpet, swimming pool bathrooms smell so badly. I did use it maybe 2 times in 5 years. Leaves all over the place! Why do we pay $200? I guess for nothing or maybe for the management to buy apartments for rent!
