NOT A NICE PLACE TO LIVE! Crime is visible just looking out my window most days. The pool has been slime green for over 2 years! The garbage is frequently overfilled attracting rodents. No assigned parking. "Rules" that make no sense like "no plants." Nowhere to keep a bicycle without lugging it up and down stairs. Rent is increased as much as it can be yearly. The office staff is racist complains about noise from 2 people on a patio but they have parties making noise all night with no problem. They have family members there who do anything they want the office staff does drugs and let the drug dealers stay. My ac has been broken for 3 months now they came and never returned but was fixing someone else’s last week .
