Thank you to the Tuscan management and maintenance for always being available to fix anything in a timely manner. Everyone that works for the management and maintenance are simply amazing.
My first tour was amazing. Marieme was knowledgeable, welcoming, and did such a great job that I was genuinely interested in leasing here. However, when I returned to view a different floor plan, my experience was completely different. Crystal, the leasing agent, was unable to answer many of my questions, and when she sought assistance from the assistant manager, Carmilla, she was unwilling to help. We toured this property and my wife and I were throughly blown away. We are not happy with our current property. So we decided to tour this property. Well now we are seriously considering breaking our lease to move here. Its just a matter of timing for us. Please ask for Maricme? She was amazing. Polite, patient, knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and made us want to move right now. We will be applying at some point after the summer.
The Tuscan Highlands is such a beautiful property! We had a wonderful overnight stay for work and we felt so welcome and comfortable. We really enjoyed the Cinco de Mayo festivities and meal provided by the amazing property mangers and staff! What a great experience! We will definitely be back very soon.
