This Place is a SCAM. From the get go my apartment was not ready on my move in date, it was not cleaned and it was missing several appliances. They replaced the appliances but did not clean the apartment before I moved in. Then I had several issues with the sliding doors not closing correctly and the main door, having obviously been kicked in, had an large gap that was letting in bugs and letting out cold/warm air. First floor apartments flood, balconies are rotting so don't lean on the railings, steps are down to the rebar. They will "lose" your deposit and rent and then claim you didn't pay. GET COPIES OF EVERYTHING! The staff is rude and not helpful, including corporate. And yet they can build a new fitness center and get new signs for the road. What about fixing up the dumpy apartments first? The residents are the ones who suffer here. What you see on tour of an apartment IS NOT what they will rent you. I have lived here for about four years. I have never been late on rent. I have gone over four weeks without a sink, dishwasher, or garbage disposal. I schedule maintenance multiple time to come to my house and they never show up.

Tuscon Heights can't be complained about? They are currently engaging in illegal retaliation because I reported numerous safety concerns. They are threatening to evict me.

Multiple police calls have been made regarding noise violations again the neighbors living above me. The apartment complex assures me that they have done things to rectify the situation, but have not. Today, they called me to inform me that they HIGHLY SUGGEST that I move to a 3rd floor apartment because they believe that I am the cause of the problems. I have requested assistance from Tuscan Heights regarding an issue with an extreme smoke smell coming from a downstairs apartment that affects my unit. I have not yet had a maintenance person stop by to check our fireplace or chimney. This issue has been occurring for a full month now.
