Recommendedthe maintenance team now is quick and efficient, have heard some horror stories about the older people that worked here but they are in this path of getting the whole place renovated and its actually a nice place to live
took our deposit, set us up for a 2 bed 2 bath, now they say we don't qualify. now they want us to rent a smaller 2 bed for more money
So... Maintaince is a joke.. Got locked out of apartment and had to miss last seven hours of work.. took them a month just to fix light switches. Another month to seal windows that leaked and not to mention the drain that backups when it rains was never fixed No communication what so ever except notes on doors... And office just says I am so sorry... That is it... Nothing is ever right with them... They let tenants get away with dogs pooping and peeing on balconies and does nothing nor do they enforce the poopy bags some ten... read more
