Stopped in for lunch after reading all the good reviews. My dad had the ravioli and I had a slice of pizza and the potato soup. Everything was beyond Delicious!!The tiramisu was the best I ever had. Everything is made in house and to order. The waitress was was very friendly and helpful. We will be back soon for dinner. It's nice to be able to find a good family owned restaurant in Blue Island.
Just got home from dinner with my honey. I still cannot believe that this place is one of BI's best kept secrets, and shouldn't be!!!!! The place is adorable, great ambiance, the food is absolutely delicious, the service is wonderful, always friendly and welcoming. If you've never been there, we highly recommend it. If you have, go again and bring friends. It's time to let the cat out of the bag people!
Stopped in for a quick bite at lunch time. Lovely restaurant. Nice and quiet but it was only noon. Waitress was lovely and friendly and my chicken panini and fries were delish. Good portions also. Will stop by in the future to try dinner and cocktails.
The service was amazing, and the pizza is even better.
I'm not from the area...so I went strictly on looks, love the old corner building and the restaurant looked interesting. I was pleasantly surprised. I got the Vegetarian Panini. WOW...it was full of flavor. It had grilled red peppers, grilled onions...spinach...cheeses...and some sort of special mayonnaise sauce. Nice size sandwich grilled to my liking. The fries were good too! I will definitely stop by for lunch when I'm in the area again!
