My aunt absolutely loves this facility!!! Mr. Jay is very friendly and helpful. The facility is super clean. Mr Jay always listens to everyone and is always smiling. Hes like family to my Aunt. Thank you for all you and your staff do in taking care of those closest to us! My Aunt says this is a very comfortable fun and entertaining community to be in. The staff is amazing!
Tuscan Gardens has the most amazing Chef and service staff. It’s what makes this place so exceptional.
Beautiful community with caring staff like (Michelle, Jay, & Allie), most of all it’s a loving atmosphere. Tuscan Gardens makes senior feel valued, heard, and cared for everyday. Thank you for all you do.
I would give a 0 becareful in memory care. They are always alone for example there is gentleman I had to constanly, put him in his room. he is always asking me if, he was is in trouble, that broke my heart , there was no one around supervising him. There is no activity goimg on there, they only do photo opps to pretend. This is the worst place to put ur love ones there. I cannot say enough about how wonderful all the staff has been in helping us transition our mom into Tuscan Gardens. They welcomed her today with a red carpet and a crowd of staff and residents with applause and hugs. Dana, Juliet, Gretchen and all the other staff we have met have made this an easy decision for us. We feel confident that she is in good hands
