I love going to TWLC, I have been losing weight and keeping it off which I have not been able to accomplish this in many years. The staff is friendly and keep me motivated. Hannah never lets me discouraged and constantly reminds me that inches are just as good as pounds. I went swim suit shopping the other day and found a suit without crying!
I have been going to Tuscaloosa Weight loss Center for almost three weeks. I lost 9 lbs at my first weigh-in after only 4days! At my next weigh-in a week later I lost an additional 8 lbs. I can't wait to see how much I've lost this week! The staff couldn't be more helpful and encouraging. I highly recommend TWLC!!!
I lost 39 pounds through this 3 month program. Other things that I have tried were not working for me, but this method did.
