Decent staff and procedure was fine done well. I always make it a point to factor in how a doctors office values their patients time and while none are “good”, this one was terrible. I waited almost 2 hours (total) for my 2 minute appointment and was walking out when the doctor came in with snarky excuses about walk-ins and how “booked” they were. Nope. First visit with dr Scott. She is great! So knowledgeable and I feel as though we will get to the bottom of my problem. I highly recommend her to anyone needing an urologist.
Great staff and Doctor Poore is awesome. Very professional and compassionate and listens as well as takes time to talk to you and explain and educate you on what is going on and assures you and famy they are there for you.
These people are awesome from the time you call in to the time you step out of the office. They were so polite and seemed to really care! They took time to listen to me and answer my questions. I have been trying to get help with the problem I’ve been having for several days and this is the first real help I feel like I’ve gotten! Definitely recommend them!
