Do not answer calls and hours are wrong for vital records. 8-4. Not feasible for people that actually work…
Rude/lazy customer service and overall staff (environmental). The front desk employee needs to be switched out. If you own a small business, prepare yourself for a costly and extremely slow service for inspections with lousy guidance. It's very convenient for them every time you call or show up that management "isn't in." But no matter how slow or rude they definitely want your money, in cash only. Keep in mind this is a public, tax supported institution.
i had a great experience here! everyone was very kind to me from the office staff to the nurses to the doctor. yes, it was a bit slow, but it’s a county health department. they’re doing their best. i was seen after about an hour of waiting, which I felt was good based on the # of staff and patients I saw. definitely will return!!
