Worst experience ever. Nothing promised took place. Pay for everything twice the price, once to them and later claimed as "extra fees" to the hotel. There was nobody willing to help. No customer service. Neither the salesman Oswaldo Vergara or the so call "manager" Raquel Mugica from Platinum Travel.
