This doctor is very kind, pati nt and always willing to help
Worst doctor ever .
Have been to this clinic twice as it was the only one available.Do not attend this clinic as the Doctor(Michelle Ong) is very dodgy and rude.She was attending to multiple patients at once to maximise Medicare billing.Often 1 hour wait times in the waiting room as she does not want to hire other staff.
Been there 2 or 3 times, each time long waits from 1 hour, called to make an appointment for my mum, Dr. answered the phone personally, said the patient has to call and make the appointment themselves, it's POLICY. When cancelling the appointment ,said this time it's cancelled, don't bother us. kind of unbelievable service
