First time here, def the best food around. The cook was amazing didn’t just hand us our food but actually hung out and talked with us. Can’t wait to go back!
Really disappointed in the food. We drove a half hour to turtles for food, we got there and placed our order and 30 minutes later got the chips and were still waiting on the tacos and burrito we ordered. Since it took so long we asked for it to go. We got home and i took one bite and threw it out. Love this place food was delicious and even better service now
Whoever the new cook is he is doing the wrong things ..ordered a shredded beef conga had no pico in it no rice or beans just beef in cheese..ordered a salad that used to come with corn beans pico Mexican cheese none of that was on it...ordered a side of chicken it was bland..no flavor what so ever..and some Chipotle sour cream it was watery and beyond hot...very upset...let me add in my burrito had a whole bay leaf in it and was beyond salty!!!! Went in today and ordered fish tacos and loaded chips. I have had the fish tacos many times before. On the menu they are advertised as having corn salsa and cabbage slaw. Today they didn't have either. I returned them and the cook told me I had an old menu. I picked up a menu on the counter and showed him they are still on the menu listed with those ingredients. If you ever longed for SoCal taco shop fare here in CT, this is THE PLACE to go! I've been looking for this since the first time I left San Diego and moved to CT 20 years ago. I will definitely be back!
