I’m very sad currently. I showed up at 1440 for a touring at 1445. When I arrived a woman was helping someone which was understood but 30 minutes later she was just talking to them. I asked her if someone would be able to give me a tour because I’ve been waiting and she’s like you could wait but idk when I’ll be done or the other person will be here, or you could reschedule. I've been living here for almost a year now and I love it so much! The staff is great at communicating with residents and every encounter I've had with them has been great- they are very understanding and kind! They work hard to ensure our residence is clean, organized, and safe. The community is also very lovely.

Another edit.. 3rd week straight of maintenance not fixing my broken a/c when it’s 90s and above outside during the day. Even at night when the temp is in the 60s my apartment can not cool off. My maintenance requests just get closed without any word of what happened. I asked leasing office and they said it was “just having a hard time keeping up with the heat” but it was fine last year during the summer.
