First I’ll say that I’m writing this on my first day in the apartment. First thing that I noticed (being a software engineer) the website that they force you to use to manage everything about living here (documents, payment, work requests, etc) is terrible. Fees, fees, fees. There's a monthly valet trash fee for a service I don't use. There's a late fee of $20 per day I often can't avoid when my payday falls on a weekend, and they won't refund it or work with you on it. There's a fee of $20 if you don't see the email reminder to show proof of your renters insurance even if it autorenewed. The in-apartment maintenance is great, but the complex-wide projects take forever. Good place, can find close parking most of the time. Nice staff, maintenance doesn’t respond as fast as needed sometimes

If I could I’d give them a zero. Moved in and there was furniture and garbage still left in my apartment and my fridge did not work. I had to walk to a different building to use a fridge. Then they told me someone was moving into that unit so I had to go to a different building to use a fridge. I had to fight them to fix my fridge. They also didn’t have any fobs when I moved in so I was unable to use the mail room, gym, pool etc (that I was paying for).
