You get what you pay for! Called Jimmy for an estimate to replace both of our garage doors. He did measurements without our approval, and gave me a quote over the phone. With the very cheap price, he would not take any appointments, and would have to take whatever day was convenient for him. When the day came, he said he would be here first thing in the morning, but did not show up, and called me to tell me he woke up late, and that I would be his first job. Made contact with Turtle Tuff through Home Advisor. They called me within the hour, and after I said I already had someone else coming out, they asked me what the problem was, and were able to walk me through how to fix it in 5 minutes. No service call and no charge! I will call them if I have another problem. Honest and courteous.

Great service and price. Quoted me less than $200 for repair and after hours service call. He almost rebuilt my garage door for $50 more..very happy.
