I have visited this restaurant chain in Niagara Falls, Richmond Hill, and Mississauga, and my experience at this location was the worst. First, we waited a long time for our server, even though the restaurant was not packed. The server did apologize for the delay, which I appreciated. Now, let's talk about the food. Went on Monday night. Our server Victoria was excellent, remembered us from before and it's her great service is also why we like to come back. Super friendly, made us feel welcome. Food was great. One of our party members had an issue with what they ordered but Victoria was on top of it and made everyone's experience wonderful
