The manager is horrible the lady is rude & ugly inside out! I wish they would get a good management team! Worst place to ever live. Homeless people will break into your house & the management takes years before they even do anything to help. Worst manager & management I ever dealt with! Please FIRE THE MANAGER LADY! I gave them all the paperwork and I was just waiting on the office manager to send an email to confirm where I live the last year and she purposely delayed my application for two whole weeks in order to get someone else in and I was the first one who applied and I gave my deposit and everything and she tried to say first come first serve but she delayed my application for two whole weeks!!! Mold has mold everywhere
Living at Turtle Hill Townhomes has been the absolute worst experience of my life. The management is hands-down the most unprofessional, unresponsive, and downright careless group I’ve ever dealt with. Requests for repairs? They either never happen or take months, and when something does get “fixed,” it’s half-done and breaks again within days.
