I gave them all the paperwork and I was just waiting on the office manager to send an email to confirm where I live the last year and she purposely delayed my application for two whole weeks in order to get someone else in and I was the first one who applied and I gave my deposit and everything and she tried to say first come first serve but she delayed my application for two whole weeks!!! Mold has mold everywhere
Living at Turtle Hill Townhomes has been the absolute worst experience of my life. The management is hands-down the most unprofessional, unresponsive, and downright careless group I’ve ever dealt with. Requests for repairs? They either never happen or take months, and when something does get “fixed,” it’s half-done and breaks again within days. If I could give this zero star I would. Management is horrible. The manager is horrible, she never calls back or get back to you even if you leave a voicemail. This is one of the worst property management I ever seen. Very poor management & the manager needs to be fired.
I live on this property absolutely beautiful, but if you have any emergency no way to contact them management just hang up in your face been four days water still leaking in bathroom. I'm in limbo maybe I'm gonna just have to pay for repairs. Very unprofessional. . . But, I did say my unit is beautiful 😍
