I rated you 1 star because of the poor customer service. As a small business, outstanding customer service should be your top priority. The shop itself is clean, nicely curated, and offers a great variety of beach-themed décor, crafts, gift items, along with a nice selection of collectibles, vintage pieces, and a few antiques.
