Dont move in here. The current pest control instructions are "leave your doors unlocked and all your alarms must be turned off. every tuesday from the hours between 8 AM to 5 PM. so good luck not having everything you own stolen from you buy some sketchy appartment complex.
This might be the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. I have lived here for nearly 3 years and just recently our brand-new office manager removed our previous pest control to implement new contractors which has caused too many issues. there is a MASSIVE roach infestation including water bugs and quiet recently a very large huntsman spider that made my wife scream at the top of her lungs. my kid has to sleep in it and I have to wake up in the middle of the night to little critters crawling all over the floor, ceiling,... read more
New management recently took over & with all the things that needed to be sorted out and taken care of, Santana has done a wonderful job and continues to do so! Any issue or question I have had has been answered promptly and taken care of pretty much immediately! The last management made it seem like pulling teeth to get absolutely anything done, or even an answer on things. Hopefully Santana is here to stay as things have been much better since she started! My husband and I been living here for 4 years now and plan to renew our lease again for another year. We call this place home. It's quite off the highway traffic noise. Good place to make it your home too. Come check them out .
