This is atleast the 4th management company that has ran this since 2022. Cant keep up with all the staff changes. The current manager Santana likes to put blame on past management. Which is very unprofessional and just shows what kind of person they are. First Mgr quit after 2 days and brought an inexperienced Santana in. New maintenance is going into apartments without authorization and scoping them out. The older, fat regional is just gosh awful. Renovated units?? Lol maybe 10 yrs ago. We happened to find this complex and we wanted to explore, Santana absolutely was willing to show us what was available and getting the ball rolling for us to move in! Absolutely appreciated her hard work!
