Toured the property and lady in office was very sweet. Quiet property. Looking forward to calling this home.
Staff has been amazing. Work orders are getting completed in a more timely matter.
Wish I could give zero. Do not move here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have been here for over 2 weeks and STILL do not have my washer and dryer. I have communicated multiple times through email AND in person. Still no washer or dryer. My bathtub is HORRENDOUS! A work order was supposedly put in yet- you guessed it, still DISGUSTING. I was told that things would getting done around the apartment but NOTHING. I work two jobs and don't have time for this mess. Can't keep a manager or maintenance personnel. Takes at least a month sometime longer for any maintenance request to be complete charges for pest control and schedules pest control and maintenance requests but nobody ever shows up doesn't take water damage serious. And extremely overpriced for poor maintenance and upkeep
