Missing our manager Mercy but we are happy to have Staci back. She is super informative and is doing a great job getting us back on track.
For the price these apartments are not worth it you can find a cheaper apartment for a lot better with closer things around you the maintenance men do not care are shower was leaking into our downstairs neighbors apartment and all he did was put Coke on our shower drain we have had three managers within just this year 2025 also you can't have more than one manager in this apartment complex needs more managers but corporate won't let them that is why they are quitting constant yelling and fighting outside of our doors in the ... read more
Can't keep a manager or maintenance personnel. Takes at least a month sometime longer for any maintenance request to be complete charges for pest control and schedules pest control but nobody ever shows up doesn't take water damage serious. And extremely overpriced for poor maintenance and upkeep
DO NOT RENT HERE! Where do I start with this place? They expect you to pay rent with ZERO communication about them changing anything. They revolve through management and maintenance like it's candy and they're a kid on Halloween. Good luck with getting anything fixed within a timely manner, because they do not respond at all to emails, phone calls, or maintenance requests.
