I was a prospect tenant looking for a place. I came across LPM spoke with Marlene she was not helpful sounds very bitter, rude, angry, hostile and discriminatory over the phone, cut you off in the middle of sentences, when you speaking with her Marlene also seems to make decisions on the basis “she likes” you. This company advertises properties that are already rented in an attempt to keep your application fees. I requested my application be withdrawn twice, and they refused, then ran my credit and sent a false denial. This is a scam, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Rats and roaches wont even be your biggest problems apts. are falling apart garbage everywhere no parking people bumping your vehicles no room for a family broken things everywhere bathrooms falling thru celings. One guy to fix 50+ apt. Works his ass off but is just to many units to take care of for one guy. Hes better than the landlord he actually cares unlike money hungry owners that are slum lords... RENTERS BEWARE....
