I purchased a "home" from Turtle Creek Subdivision.LLC. There were several major problems at the time I closed. I closed with out a final inspection because the manager, Kate Solomne, assured me that everything had been repaired. Turned out that she had lied to me. The next day I began my campaign to get Clay Gutierrez to fix the problems. Three years later they still have not complied. Happily, we were able to accommodate Mr. Sumner's demand to close prior to all punch list items being completed. Several attempts to schedule this repair since closing were not convenient to Mr. Sumner's schedule so we are still attempting to coordinate a time convenient to him. Further, Mr. Benton is not CEO of Turtle Creek and does not build anything.
