Nice, but they'll cost you These nifty condos are nestled in off of Commonwealth Drive, right off of Hydraulis. They are pretty convenient to shopping, and they are in a quiet residential area that has a real neighborhood feel to it. Inside, the apartments are very nice - hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and skylights. The condo group has lots of activities. But, the condos are very expensive compared to what is in the area. They may be worth it, but they are not affordable for many in Cville.
