Been here about 6 months and love it , GREAT staff and friendly people .! Yes building is older but very well maintained, and very reasonable rent Imo
I have lived here for 1 year and am very happy. Great location, near the highway and Amherst bike path. Management and maintenance are very responsive to issues. They did a great job dealing with the pandemic and kept a steady stream of communication throughout.
Very friendly people live here --but we definitely NEED A VAN to take those of us without cars for weekly grocery shopping!!
