The new management team (Jen and Paula) along with maintenance (Gary) have greatly improved this property! Their organization and responsiveness make a huge difference - maintenance requests that used to take months are now completed within a day. When I first moved in, my AC didn't work for months, but now even simple requests like changing light bulbs are handled promptly. What prevents me from giving five stars is the pool situation.
