I have lived in this complex for four years, and it has been a constant nightmare. From the start, the “gated community” has been anything but secure. the gate has never once worked. The property is overrun with dozens of feral cats, leaving the grounds covered in the stench of urine. I’ve been a tenant here for quite some time, and this place is honestly unbearable. The amenities you’re paying for are consistently out of order. Over the past several months, both laundry stations have been covered in roach droppings, with 75% of the machines broken—some even filled with murky water that smells like mold. The fitness center is no better: it’s always dusty and filthy, with several machines in disrepair, making it unsanitary and unsafe to use. I don't live there nor do I recommend it. If you're going to show an apartment, expect to see a clean one, not a dirty one that's disgusting, like the one that was there. The dirty smell from the walls is horrible.
