We rented an apartment in Turtle Covw apartmenta and had a very satisfying experience whit Denis Quevedo He was always attentive, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. I highly recommend Denis for anyone looking for a reliable and helpful host. His attention to detail and excellent service really made

I’m sharing my honest review with photo evidence. I would not recommend this neighborhood to anyone. The laundry room is consistently dirty, the appliances are outdated, and there are ongoing issues with mold, roaches, and more. The gates are never closed or fixed, providing little to no security. The leasing office is constantly understaffed and slow to respond to resident concerns or maintenance requests. Dog waste is left all over the property, and it’s clear management doesn’t enforce basic cleanliness or community stand... read more

Thanks to Dennis Quevedo my apartment search was great and he made my move-in process very easy, staying here has been phenomenal thanks to him I found myself a new home. 🙏🏾 Give him a raise please!
