Not a bad place, but customer service, you probably need to know how these 2 girls sitting on the counter, if you can see them whispering in each-others ears like they saw a terrorist or scammer. Nagging and babbling and they do not know anything about customer care. I was there not for very long and I completely felt offended time and again. I'm so glad I moved from the dentist on Kissing Point Road who didn't listen to my concerns and over charged. I had a fear of dentists but they belittled and insulted not only me but my son. Refreshing to find a dentist like Dr Jack who is calm, gentle, pragmatic, doesn't charge for unnecessarily repairs and gives you options.
Very efficient and professional. Family now using him and agree

I do not recommend Dr Deng at Turramurra Dental. They are a no gap dentistry for basic dental needs, which is a problem because I find that he looks for money elsewhere. Last time I went, he did all these unnecessary x-rays and there wasn't any problems with my teeth after doing them - I definitely felt pressured by him...He stood over me with the x-ray thing to bite on in hand and when I said I wasn't keen, his response was "but I already got it ready"....
