We had a lovely time visiting with the owner and he helped me select the perfect turquoise squash blossom at a very reasonable rate. We will be back soon!
Turquoise House is a must-see. I t’s a smaller shop off the main path, but the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a beautiful leather and turquoise inlay piece—highly recommend!
We visited the Turquoise House a few weeks ago during our trip to Santa Fe. This shop was beautiful! Smaller, more intimate with a limited selection, but the pieces on display are stunning and high quality - did not feel like a run of the mill high production shop. Joe, was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We purchased this really beautiful multicolor inlay. The leather band feels really modern. Highly recommend this shop, one block off the main plaza and we will definitely be back.
Joe at Turquoise House is wonderful! I've bought several pieces of jewelry from him. He always Gets right back with you, and the quality of their jewelry is excellent. He even ships it to me and makes everything so easy.
Meeting Mr. Hamad was delightful. Very personable. Very honest and I feel I am a good judgement of character. He mailed our purchase very efficiently and stood behind everything he explained with the mailing process! The purchase: locally created by an expert potter...Horsehair Pottery vessel measuring 12" H x 35" at the widest part. What a treasure! The turquoise and other natural stone jewelry selection was by far most extensive compared to other establishments. Be ready to browse carefully and spend some time! Thank you, ... read more
