Put in above asking offer 2 days ago to Frank. He verbally accepted. We signed the contract and sent it back to him. He did not send it back to us. The agreement of above asking price was to ensure the sellers would not entertain any other future offers. He would not answer my agents calls and just said the sellers have signed it and sent it to their attorney to start review but yet still never sent us their signatures on the contract. Later to find out they were miss informing us and leading us on to wait until other offers... read more
