I previously left a review about a very disappointing experience I had with agent Stacy. Afterward, her broker, Cathy, called me. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she began scolding me and demanded that I remove my review. When I declined, she became loud and hostile and made statements that were both inappropriate and untrue.
